- Services are scheduled based on aircraft availability, FBO approval, and airport access.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to hold your slot.
Changes & Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled service: deposit may be applied to a future booking.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible aircraft at the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- Weather, airport closures, and FBO limitations may require rescheduling. In those cases, we work with you to find the next available time.
