BOOKING INFORMATION
- Customer submits request (airport + aircraft type).
- We respond and schedule based on ramp location.
- On-site inspection & estimated price confirmation.
- Service is completed.
- Photos taken (before & after).
- Final payment at job completion.
Deposit Policy
- All bookings require a 20% deposit (refundable up to 24 hours before service).
- Remaining balance is collected after service completion.
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours before service: Full refund
- Same-day cancellation: Deposit non-refundable
Data Policy
- No credit card information is stored.
- Customer contact & aircraft info only for scheduling purposes.
- Photos taken only for reporting and never shared without permission.
