Yes, we are fully insured with General Liability and Hangarkeepers Liability. We strictly follow each airport’s safety and environmental rules and coordinate with FBO staff to avoid conflict with maintenance or fueling operations.

Our process involves five simple steps. It begins with you submitting a Request a Quote (providing aircraft details, FBO, and service needed). After confirmation, a Deposit may be required to hold your slot. We then perform the service and, if you are onsite, complete a final Walk-Through. The remaining balance is collected via our secure payment system.

For changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, your deposit may be applied to a future booking. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or if the aircraft is inaccessible at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. In case of weather or airport closures, we will work with you to find the next available time.

We specialize in cleaning, preservation, and protection. We do not perform polishing, paint correction, or brightwork restoration that may affect coatings or structural surfaces without explicit owner or maintenance approval.
